Massachusetts by way of Seattle seems to have arrived today - a bit cold and rainy, with a misty fog.
The morning was rainy day activities - TJC played board games, Lower Seniors watched Dr. Strange and played board games, Upper Seniors played dodgeballs.
Luckily, by afternoon, the rain cleared and we had normal scheduling - basketball, Trampball, soccer, and even tubing!
A few of our die-hard soccer fan campers watched the EURO 2020 Soccer match where, as we all know (or pretended to know), Italy took on Belgium.

Evening activity was tons of fun and tons of laughs. TJC dressed their counselors up and made them act on stage, taking questions and doing a skit. They were judged on charisma, acting ability, and energy. Bunk 3 was the big winner Good news bunk 3 parents - you seem to have the most Hollywood-worthy counselors.
The lower seniors played "One Pitch", where kids get up to bat but the ball is a volleyball. There are no foul balls and every pitch is in play. The kids had to run the bases and try to get the player out by hitting them with the ball before he reached base. It's like dodgeball meets volleyball meets baseball meets MMA. Just kidding.

Upper seniors had a night they all looked forward to - Casino Night. The boys "dressed to impress". They put on a show and played poker, blackjack, roulette, and Texas Hold’em. Luckily, only a few college funds were lost.
The prize for the bunk with the most collective chips at the end was announced as a day taking over Seneca Lounge!
After all was tallied and counted, Bunk 24 was the winner!

To our new and younger campers, who are doing really well after a week away from home!
